The owner of Gorib Ullah Kebab, Abul Hossain, has been selling Kebab for about 20 years in the Dhal Bazar Bottola (বটতলা). In the locality, he is also known as Abul Bot. There are mainly 3 types of Kebab you may find. Meat, Khiri and Bot- all are made by Beef. Meat Kebab is 25 taka per stick, Khiri Kebab is 10 taka per stick and Bot-stick is 5 taka. Another delicious food of this restaurant is Fried Potato with tart-sour spices, price is 10 taka.

ঢালের বাজারের বটতলায় ২০ বছর ধরে কাবাব বিক্রি করছেন গরীব উল্লাহ কাবাব দোকানের মালিক আবুল হোসেন। এলাকায় নাকি আবুল বট নামেও পরিচিত তিনি, নিজেই এমনটা জানালেন। কাবাব মিলবে তিন ধরনের। মাংস, খিরি এবং বট-সবগুলোই গরুর মাংসের। দরদাম সম্পর্কে তিনি বলেন, “মাংসের কাবাবের দাম প্রতি শিক ২৫ টাকা। খিরি-কাবাব প্রতি শিক ১০ টাকা আর বট-শিক পাঁচ টাকা।” এই দোকানের আরেকটি আকর্ষণীয় খাবার হল, টক-ঝাল মসলা দিয়ে ভাজা আলু, দাম ১০ টাকা।

Mr. Ashraf informed about the price and pattern of Kebabs as, the price varies depending on the Kebab and its quantity/weight. The price range is 10 taka to 40 taka. Also, parota is 5 taka per piece.{:}{:bn}
মিরপুর বিহারি ক্যাম্প এলাকার ঢালের বাজারে এই দোকান। প্রথম দেখায় সাধারণ পুরি-শিঙ্গাড়ার দোকান মনে হলেও এখানেই পাঁচ ধরনের কাবার বিক্রি করছেন মালিক মোহাম্মদ আশরাফ।
এরমধ্যে চার ধরনের কাবাব বানাতেই ব্যবহার হয় শিক।
কাবাবের ধরন ও দরদাম সম্পর্কে আশরাফ জানান, গরুর বট প্রতি শিকের দাম ১০ টাকা। গরুর তিল্লি-কাবাব ও খাসির খিরি-কাবাব শিক প্রতি ২০ টাকা। গরুর মাংসের কাবাব শিক প্রতি ৩০ টাকা। গরুর চাপের দাম ৪০ টাকা। পরোটা মিলবে ৫ টাকায়।

The name of the hotel's owner is Tota Mia (তোতা মিয়া) who started this hotel at the Tok bazaar of Kapashia of Gazipur district. This hotel is slightly away from the Tok bazaar (টোক বাজার) which gives a chaos less environment for the connoisseur locals or tourists. Tota Mia uses to serve around 70 traditional Bengali dishes (40 of those are Bhorta (ভর্তা), and other 30 are Bhaji (ভাজি) and others) in his hotel every day. Mainly the lunch time starts after the 12:00 at noon. Foods are not that much costly here. Hotel Niribili uses to be crowded more or less every hours of a day. The earnestness of the boys from the Hotel and the owner is simply awesome.

Showkat Kebab Ghar is selling Kebab in Mirpur for many years. This restaurant was started its operation after the Liberation War period, as said Mr Showkat Ali, the owner of this restaurant. The capacity of this restaurant is 30-35 people, starting from Midday 1 pm to 10 pm Evening. But, the rush hour is just in the afternoon.
There are many items to eat here, such as Beef fry, Mutton fry, Shik Kebab, Boti Kebab, khiri Kebab, Gurda Kebab etc. Price would be ranging from 100 taka to 200 taka. Chicken Kebab is 90 taka per quarter. Brain Fry is 30 taka.
Also they sell Tikiya, Shani, Cutlet, Kopta, Kima Chop, Egg Chop and many more. The price would be 3 taka to 25 taka. You require to place an order in advance. They also have special plan for the holy month of Ramadan.

মিরপুর ১০ নম্বরের বেনারসি পল্লীতে বহুবছর ধরে কাবাব বিক্রি করছে শওকত কাবাব ঘর। রেস্তোরাঁর মালিক শওকত আলী জানালেন, স্বাধীনের পর থেকেই দোকানটি চালু হয়েছে। ৩০ থেকে ৩৫ জন একসঙ্গে বসতে পারে। দুপুর ১টা থেকে শুরু হয়ে চলে রাত সাড়ে ১০টা পর্যন্ত। তবে ভিড়টা সন্ধ্যার পরেই বেশি হয়।
রেস্তোরাঁর খাবারের তালিকা এবং দাম জানালেন ম্যানেজার আনোয়ার হোসেন। গরুর চাপ, খাসির চাপ, শিক-কাবাব, বটি-কাবাব, খিরি-কাবাব ও গুরদা কাবাবের দাম হাফ ১শ’ টাকা, ফুল ২শ’ টাকা। মুরগির চাপ প্রতি কোয়ার্টার ৯০ টাকা। গিলা-কলিজা হাফ ৯০ টাকা, ফুল ১৮০ টাকা। মগজ প্রতি প্লেট ৩০ টাকা।
টিকিয়া, স্বানী, কাটলেট, কোপতা, কিমা-চপ, ডিম-চপ ১০ টাকা। জালি-কাবাব ২০ টাকা। রোল ২৫ টাকা। এছাড়াও গুলি-কাবাব, পিঁয়াজু আর আলু-চপের দাম ৩ টাকা। লুচি, পরোটার দাম ৬ টাকা। আস্ত দেশি-মুরগির রোস্ট ৬শ’ টাকা। তবে আগেই অর্ডার দিয়ে রাখতে হবে।
আরও আছে ২০ টাকার শাহী-কাবাব, তবে পাওয়া যাবে শুধু রমজান মাসে।
