Finance Minister Abul Maal Abdul Muhith said, Government of Bangladesh is aiming to take the number of foreign tourists of Bangladesh to 1 million by the year 2018. During the budget session for fiscal year 2015-16 he also mentioned that the revenue target from this sector is estimated near about 20 Crores US Dollar each year. All the necessary steps are already being taken and government is ready to do very best in the ‘Tourism Year 2016’.
