Chuna Khola Mosque or single domed square mosque is similar to Singair Mosque and Bibi Begni’s Mosque. Chuna Khola Mosque has three pointed arched entrances, rectangular frames border the north and south sides. The mosque has three Mihrabs along the west wall corresponding to the three doorways on the east. The central one is huge. Rectangular frames border the Mihrabs too with terracotta decorations. A horizontal row exists at the top. There is a Kalasa motif in the middle of the row above the central frame. The interiors of the Mihrabs are extensively decorated with terracotta motifs.
Unlike any other mosques from around, this one was having plenty of spaces around. In fact it was at the middle of the field (paddy or other seasonal). It is a single dome mosque and the dome is noticeably larger one. Also, the dome isn't placed at the center of the mosque. From my observation the dome is inclined slightly towards the Northern wall.
Apart from the beautiful semi spherical dome atop, the mosque is having three doors at the Eastern wall. And a single door each at the Northern and Southern walls. The mosque has beautiful four columns at the four corners of the mosque (similar to any other from it's contemporary). The shape of this Chunakhola Mosjid is square.
{:}{:bn}খুলনা বিভাগের বাগেরহাট জেলায় একটি বিশাল কৃষিক্ষেতের পাশে বিবি বেগনি মসজিদের ১ কিলোমিটার উত্তর পশ্চিমে চুনাখোলা মসজিদ অবস্থিত। এক গম্বুজবিশিষ্ট এই মসজিদটির সাথে সিঙ্গাইর মসজিদ এবং বিবি বেগনির মসজিদের মিল রয়েছে। মসজিদে তিনটি ধনুকআকারের ফটক রয়েছে এবং উত্তর ও দক্ষিনদিকে আয়াতক্ষেত্রাকার কাঠামো রয়েছে। মসজিদের পশ্চিম দেয়ালের তিনটি মিহরাব পূর্বদিকের তিনটি ফটক বরাবর অবস্থিত। এখানকার তিনটি মিহরাবের মধ্যে মাঝখানেরটি আকারে বড়। চুনাখোলা মসজিদের মিহরাবগুলোতে টেরাকোটার নকশার পাশাপাশি আয়াতক্ষেত্রাকার কাঠামো রয়েছে এবং মিহরাবগুলোর উপরিভাগে একটি সমান্তরাল সারি রয়েছে এবং মাঝখানের কাঠামোর উপরের মধ্যেখানে কলসের নকশা রয়েছে।{:}

The Shat Gombuj Mosque has existed for nearly for 6 centuries. It is also referred to as sixty Dome Mosque. It is one of the largest historical mosques in the Bangladesh. People in Indian subcontinent praise it for architectural beauty. Khan Jahan Ali built the Shat Gombuj Mosque. The walls are unusually thick, made from tapered brick. 77 low domes are located inside and one dome on every corner.
Many aisles serve as divisions in its interior. Most of its parts were decorated by terracotta. The structure looks like a fortress, three smaller mosques can be found near it. They are Bibi Begni’s Mosque, which is found on its western side; the Chunakhola Mosque, located half a mile northwest of Bibi Begni’s Mosque; and the Singar Mosque, which is a single-domed mosque like the Chunakhola, located nearly half a mile southeast of Shat Gombuj Mosque.
{:}{:bn}প্রায় ৬ শতক ধরে স্থায়ী ষাটগম্বুজ মসজিদ দেশের বৃহত্তম ঐতিহাসিক মসজিদগুলোর মধ্যে একটি। ভারতীয় উপমহাদেশের অধিবাসীরা এই মসজিদটির স্থাপত্যশৈলীর তারিফ করে থাকে। খান জাহান আলী এই মসজিদটি নির্মাণ করেছিলেন। চ্যাপ্টা ইট দিয়ে নির্মিত এই ষাটগম্বুজ মসজিদের দেয়ালগুলো অস্বাভাবিক রকমের পুরু। মসজিদের অভ্যন্তরে ৭৭টি নিচু গম্বুজ রয়েছে এবং প্রতি কোণায় একটি করে গম্বুজ রয়েছে। ষাটগম্বুজ মসজিদের অভ্যন্তরকে বেশকিছু সারির মাধ্যমে পৃথক করা হয়েছে যেগুলোর বেশিরভাগেই টেরাকোটার কাজ করা রয়েছে। দুর্গের সাথে সাদৃশ্য এই স্থাপনাটির নিকটে আরো তিনটি ছোট মসজিদ রয়েছে। এগুলো হলঃ পশ্চিম দিকে বিবি বেগনির মসজিদ, বিবির বেগনির মসজিদের আধ মাইল উত্তর পশ্চিমে অবস্থিত চুনাখোলা মসজিদ, এবং ষাট গম্বুজ মসজিদের আধ মাইল দক্ষিন পূর্বে অবস্থিত একগম্বুজ বিশিষ্ট সিঙ্গাইর মসজিদ।{:}

Shamsur Rahman ( শামসুর রাহমান, 23 October 1929 – 17 August 2006) was a famous poet, columnist and journalist of Bangladesh. Shamsur Rahman, who emerged in the latter half of the 20th century, wrote more than sixty books of poetry and is considered a key figure in Bengali literature. He was regarded the ‘unofficial poet laureate’ of Bangladesh. Major themes in his poetry and writings include liberal humanism, human relations, romanticism, rebellion of youth, the emergence of and consequent events in Bangladesh, and opposition to religious fundamentalism.
Shamsur Rahman was born in his grandfather's house at Mahut-Tuli, Dhaka. His paternal home is situated on the bank of the river Meghna, a village named Paratoli, near the Raipura Upazila of Narshingdi district. He was the fourth of thirteen children. During leisure time, he used to go his Village and there beside the pond near to the house, he wrote one of the great poems

Still today, all the things are in same spatial context. But, the building of his house is in very poor condition. It’s almost on the way to decay.
Paratoly Shahi Jem-e Mosque:
There is a three domed mosque beside the house of Shamsur Rahman, which was built in the Islamic year 1299.This 137 years old mosque still architecturally fit and being used for regular prayers.

There are actually two Badar Mokam mosques are in Cox's Bazar. One of them is situated on the southern bank of the Bakkhali River under Cox's Bazar Pourashava. It is located just beside the Cox's Bazar post office. A beautiful mosque stands, which is known as Badar Mokam mosque. Besides, the southern-most apex of Teknaf Thana, Bangladesh is also widely known by that name. Once there was a mosque but the Badar Mokam mosque of Cox’s Bazar is the oldest one in the district.

কক্সবাজারে দুটি বদর মোকাম মসজিদ আছে। এই দুটি মসজিদের মধ্যে একটি কক্সবাজার পৌরসভার অধীনে বাকখালী নদীর দক্ষিন তীরে পোস্ট অফিসের পাশে অবস্থিত। অন্য মসজিদটি টেকনাফ থানার সর্বদক্ষিনে অবস্থিত আর একারনেই টেকনাফের এই স্থানটি এই মসজিদের নামেই সুপরিচিত। কক্সবাজারের বদর মোকাম মসজিদটি এই জেলার প্রাচীনতম মসজিদ।
