Hatu Bhanga Waterfall is nearby the beautiful Horinmara Kundo Waterfall. It is just a five to ten minutes of slow walking from there. Local says, this waterfall surroundings are too slippery, that’s why it is called Hatu Bhanga Waterfall. It has a noticeable height, but the waterfall only gets full of water during the rain.

How to go

This is a very easy trail and requires around 30 minutes of trekking. First of all you have to come at the Chhoto Komoldoho Bazar of Mirsarai. If you are coming from Dhaka (to Chittagong), then you can ask your bus driver to drop you near the Chhoto Komoldoho Bazar. The GPS coordinate of your dropping point will be (22°42’19.36″N, 91°36’46.03″E).

From there you can take a CNG driven vehicle to drop you near the bottom of the hill. I don’t know the exact name of that place. But the GPS coordinate is (22°42’17.41″N, 91°37’33.61″E).

After that you have to start walking through the hilly trail. It’s a very easy trail and will require maximum 30 minutes to reach there. GPS coordinate of the Horinmara Kundo Waterfall is (22°42’46.28″N, 91°37’50.54″E).

From there it’s around 5-10 minutes of walking distance. The GPS coordinate of the waterfall is (22°42’42.12″N, 91°37’51.44″E). And the GPS coordinate of the unknown waterfall is (22°42’40.10″N, 91°37’51.70″E).

Suptadhara Falls is one of the twp falls in Shitakunda Eco Park. This falls keeps dormant except the Rainy season. If you are there at rainy season, only then, you can enjoy the beauty of the falls with full of water. In the dry season, from the far side of the falls, it will appear that the fall doesn't have any water. But when you move toward the falls, you can see a glimpse of water which is dripping from the top of it.

The beauty of the proximity of the falls is outclass. Small and large block of stones are spread all over. It looks like a kind of white beauty. After enjoying the falls, you can start moving toward the side of the falls for riding the mountain.

সীতাকুণ্ড ইকো পার্কে অবস্থিত দুটি ঝর্ণার একটি হল সুপ্তধারা ঝর্ণা। বর্ষাকাল ছাড়া বছরের বাকি সময় এই ঝর্ণায় পানি থাকে না। তাই শুস্ক মৌসুমে দূর থেকে দেখলে মনে হবে ঝর্ণায় কোন পানি নেই। তবে, ঝর্ণার কাছে গেলে সামান্য কিছু পানি পরতে দেখবেন। যদি বর্ষাকালে এখানে আসেন তবে ঝর্নাটিকে পানিতে পরিপূর্ণ অবস্থায় দেখতে পাবেন এবং ঝর্ণার সৌন্দর্য পুরোপুরি উপভোগ করতে পারবেন।

Toiduchara is the most beautiful waterfall in Bangladesh. It is also known as Shibchari Jharna. It is the largest waterfall of Khagrachhari, surrounded by green hills. You may expect poor road condition and other hectic factors. If you start your journey after a quick breakfast from Khagrachhari town, you can start for Dighinala (দীঘিনালা) by using CNG auto rickshaw. It actually costs 500 taka, but you can bargain to manage at best 450 taka. It would be advisable to contact a tour guide for directions. During the journey, you can enjoy the exquisite beauty beside the road from the vehicle. If you start your journey at 8:00 am, then you can expect to reach Dighinala at 10:00 am morning. We can reach Nondoram (নন্দরাম) village by 11:00 at morning through bike. The village is beside the river Kasalong (কাসালং). This village is actually located at the Sajek union of Rangamati (সাজেক, রাঙামাটি). Before this village, an Army camp is located on the way. Travelers must entry their names to that camp. You can have tea in that village and then start your trekking again through the hillocks of Rangamati. Some tribal people pronounce Sijuk canal as Shishuk khal (শিশুক খাল). The canal is formed after joining two mighty streams. The two waterfalls are located at those two streams. You can explore the left side stream first (furthest) and the right side (nearest) stream later. The level of the water depends on the season, but you can expect to face around an average height of 3-4 ft. But at some points the water level is near 6 ft. Also the canal is totally covered with dark forest. As the depth of the water is very high, the flow of the water is less. Lot of rotten leafs are available on the water. At some places, the mud under the water produce gasses with bad odors with bubbles when pressed by feet. The more you progress, the more you welcome the Hati Poka (হাতি পোকা).Those microscopic insect bite can cause lots of pain. Wasps and scary looking mosquitoes are there too. To add these misery, you may find some leafs stinging. A soft brushing those leafs with arms cause you inflammation. After passing through such hideous, you may finally reach near to the waterfall. We can hear the roaring sound of the waterfall but may not see that. That portion of the Jhiri (ঝিরি) is covered with large rocks. All of the rocks are covered with mosses and ferns. Those are the best hideout for snakes and other reptiles. Also crossing those stones are not easy. After jumping and bumping through rocks, you can finally reach in front of the Sijuk waterfall. It is having mighty water flow. Bisanakandi is situated at Bangladesh-India border in Sylhet. It is a landscape beauty among gardens and hills. Bichanakandi is a village situated in Rustompur Union under Guainghat Upazilla. This is where many layers of the Khasi mountain meet at a single point from both sides. Flowing from above is a high fall. Adding to its charm are dark clouds hugging the mountain in the rainy season. And flowing underneath towards Bholaganj is a branch of the Piyain. Along the stream flowing from high up in the mountain come huge boulders that are deposited and mined in Bisanakandi.

Much like Jaflong, Bichnakandi is mostly a quarry. Winter is not a suitable time to visit Bisnakandi due to mechanized mining and stone-laden boats and lorries. The absence of such nuisance makes the rainy season the perfect time to visit the beautiful Bisanakandi that coalesces the charms of high mountains, sinuous rivers, graceful falls and dancing clouds.

সিলেটের গোয়াইনঘাট উপজেলার রুস্তম ইউনিয়নে বাংলাদেশ-ভারত সীমান্তে অবস্থিত একটি গ্রামের নাম বিছানাকান্দি। বাগান এবং পাহাড়ের নজরকাড়া সৌন্দর্যের মাঝে অবস্থিত প্রকৃতির এই অপরূপ লীলাভূমির উভয় প্রান্ত থেকে খাসি পাহাড় এসে যুক্ত হয়েছে। এখানে ঝর্ণার পাশাপাশি বর্ষাকালে কালো মেঘ পাহাড়গুলোকে আচ্ছাদিত করে ফেলে। এছাড়া এখানে ভোলাগঞ্জ অভিমুখে বয়ে গিয়েছে পিইয়াইন নদীর একটি শাখা। পাহাড়ি ঢলের সাথে বয়ে আসা বিশাল পাথরখণ্ডগুলো বিছানাকান্দিতে এসে পড়ে এবং পরবর্তীতে এই পাথরখণ্ডগুলোকে এখানেই ভাঙ্গা হয়।

জাফলং এর মত বিছানাকান্দিও একটি খনি এলাকা। পাথর বোঝাই নৌকা, ট্রাকের আনাগোনা এবং পাথর উত্তোলনের কারনে শীতকাল বিছানাকান্দিতে আসার জন্য একেবারেই উপযুক্ত সময় নয়। তবে, বর্ষাকালে এখানে পাথর উত্তোলনের ফলে সৃষ্ট দূষণ না থাকায় আপনি এখানে এসে উঁচু পাহাড়, শান্ত নদী, মায়াবি ঝর্ণার সৌন্দর্যের পাশাপাশি রোদ ও মেঘের লুকোচুরি উপভোগ করতে পারবেন।
