Chingri Jhiri is another beautiful waterfall situated at Ruma upazila in Bandarban. Chingri Jhiri waterfall is very near to Boga Lake. It is one hour walking distance from Boga Lake. So when you travel to Boga Lake, you can visit the Chingri Jhiri Waterfall as well. From Boga lake to Chingri Jhiri, it’s a straight path and it will take a nearly one hour by walking.

When you travel to Chingri Jhiri Waterfall you have to pass through some big rocks and pebbles stone. You should mentally prepare for that. Chingri Jhiri Waterfall is bit deeper from the main path. But the path of this area is not very difficult to walk.

How to go

You have to make a trip from Bandarban to Ruma by “Chander Gari” (public jeep) or a private vehicle. From Ruma you can hire public jeep upto Boga Lake. You can also walk to Boga Lake in winter season. It will require 6 hours to reach Boga Lake.

There are no direct flight services available from Dhaka to Bandarban. However, you can travel to Chittagong by air and then take a bus or private car to reach Bandarban. Bangladesh Biman, United Airways, Regent Airways and Novo Air, all provide flight services to Chittagong.

Khoiyachhora Waterfall is a magnificent waterfall of Chittagong. On this trail there are few more big waterfalls which are amazing. Shohosrodhara falls, an another waterfall, located in 2 km walking distance from Suptadhara falls. This falls has almost no water like Suptadhara falls in the dry season. From the flow of the falls, "Suptadhara falls" is created. So it’s certain that if here is no water, you cannot expect any water at other one too.

From the top of the hill, you have to get down using the stairs to reach the bottom of the Shahasradhara falls. It’s easy to get down, but it’s a bit hard to get up. It will cost plenty of your energy. So be prepare for this.
