পুকুরের পাশেই অবস্থিত এই ছোট বাড়িটিকে স্থানীয়রা ব্যারিস্টারবাড়িও বলে থাকে। বাড়িটির আশেপাশে বসবাসকারী স্থানীয়দের সহায়তায় আপনি এর অভ্যন্তরে ঢুকতে পারবেন। বর্তমানে এই বাড়িতে কেউ বসবাস করে না। বাড়িটির কয়েকটি কক্ষও এখনও মজবুত অবস্থায় থাকলেও বাদবাকি কক্ষগুলো খুবই ঝুঁকিপূর্ণ অবস্থায় রয়েছে।

Brahmanbaria is a district under Chittagong division, located at the east central part of Bangladesh. The north of Brahmanbaria is bounded by Kishoreganj District and Habiganj District. On the south of Brahhmanbaria, resides the Comilla district. The district is confined by Habiganj District and the Tripura state of India on the east. On the west side, the district is bounded by the famous Meghna River, district of Kishoreganj, Narsingdi and Narayangonj.

Teota Zamindar Palace (তেওতা জমিদার বাড়ী) is located at the Shibalaya (শিবালায়া) Upazila of Manikganj District. This palace is locally known as Teota Rajbari (তেওতা রাজবাড়ি) and Teota Zamindar Bari (তেওতা জমিদার বাড়ী). This palace is possibly over 300 years old. This old dilapidated palace was the home of two brothers named Babu Hemsankar Ray ( বাবু হেমসংকর রায়) and Babu Joy Sankar Ray (বাবু জয় সংকর রায়) who were the ruler of Teota. The whole premise has over 50 rooms. Currently those are occupied by the homeless people.

At the Western side of the building, there is a large pond and beside the pond a temple is located named as Noborotno Temple (নবরত্ন মন্দির). The temple is a four storied building having a glorious example of classical architecture.

The whole palace is situated just beside the bank of mighty river Jamuna. After a few miles from the palace premise, the river merged with another big river, Padma. The palace is a two storied building and from the roof you can easily see the Jamuna river.

This palace is the birth place of Promila Debi (প্রমীলা দেবী), the wife of our national poet Kazi Nazrul Islam (নজরুল ইসলাম). Poet first saw her in this palace when he came here to visit Promila's cousin-Dhiren Sen (ধীরেন সেন).

Nirmai Shibbari was built nearly 500 years ago. Many believe that there were Kuki tribes in this area. The Kuki government frequently did not obey the command of the ruling Tripura government. For controlling mutineers, the King of Tripura sent a group of troops. King’s son led the battle. The Tripura King won the battle but lost his son in law.

The founder of Dewan Bari Jamindaar Bari was Fonivuson Mojumdar. Fonivuson Mojumdar's Father Name was Landlord Radharomon and mother's name as Kusum Kumari Devi who was the second wife of Radharomon. He was born in 1892. This landlord house is a small 2 stores Building. But the main gate of the house is look like as a Mughal Castle - gate. After banned the Real estate practices in 1952 the house was auctioned. Now there have a school and some business center.Located at Deowan Bari road in Rangpur.
