Kaptai National Park is near about 5464 hectares. The park is adjacent to Kaptai Bazar in the north-eastern corner of the Kaptai Upazila in Rangamati District. It is an attractive travel destination to all kind of traveler of the country. Every single year more then 50000 peoples visit this green heaven. Wild lives in the Kaptai National Park include Deer, Elephant, Jungle Cat, Monkey etc. Adventures are including Boating, Picnic spots, Speed boat cruising, Water skiing and Hiking.

Kaptai National Park is unique for its monumental plantations of 1873, 1878 and 1879, the starting point of modern forest management in this sub-continent. The tropical rain forest on the banks of river Karnaphuly is amazing in the Kaptai National Park. There are a number of wildlife like Deer, Elephent, Jungle cat, Monkey etc. in the park. Despite the fact that the Kaptai National Park was only established in 1999, it already has a great legacy of rebirth and ancient history. As early as 1873, massive plantations of forest trees were started by local forest management, which has resulted in much of the beautiful growth that is now seen today. The nearby Rajbon Bihar, Tribal Cultural Museum, Bain Textile, Soubolng and Hanging Bridge situated adjacent to the Tourism complex provide plenty of fascinating insight into the past and present community projects that have been attempted in the area. The Kaptai Hydro-Electric Project gives back to the community by providing a clean source of electricity for the people. Picnic spots for public enjoyment are everywhere, while the Kaptai Forest Rest House and the Kaptai Mukh Forest Rest House provide the perfect place to relax and unwind after a stressful week in the city.

Little wonder then that the Kaptai National Park is already incredibly popular with the locals. Some 50 000 people visit the park each year, paying an entrance fee of Tk10.00 per a person in support of this enjoyable wilderness. While most spend their time picnicking, others may go boating or speed boat cruising, water skiing or hiking. Great food can be found at a number of nearby restaurants for those looking for something a bit more substantial after a day spent in the great outdoors. The Kaptai National Park is relatively easy to reach: visitors can travel to Chittagong by way of rail, air or road and from there can make the short trip to the park via road. Nazimgarh 'Nature Park' is located on the banks of the Sharee River at Lalakhal, a picturesque place at the base of the Jaintia Hills bordering the Indian State of Meghalaya. The 'Sharee' originates at a height of 1420 meters (4650 feet) from a place called Mitimyntdu, close to Jowai town of the West Jaintia Hills District of Meghalaya. There, the river is known as Myntdu or "Ka Tawiarka Takam" (Our Guardian Angel) in the local Pnar (Khasi) dialect.

Encircling Jowai town on three sides, the Myntdu flows south through Leshka valley to reach Borghat village within Jaintia Hills before entering Bangladesh as the 'Sharee' at Lalakhal.

The river brings from the hills much sand and other minerals that give the waters a unique blue-green colour. While in the dry season the river is mild, its crystal clear water of an emerald colour, in the rainy season it become a raging torrent, at times over flowing its banks. Around 1340 AD, Ibne Battuta of Morocco, one of the gratest travelers of all time, is said to have travelled down this 'blue' river on his return journey after visiting Hazrat Shah Jalal in Sylhet.

'Nature Park' is on the banks of the river Sharee, near its sister resort 'Wilderness' which is located on the hillside. The 'River Queen' restaurant is the focal point with its panoramic view following the bend in the river. The 'Adventure Camp' tent site is nearby, under the shade of the surrounding trees. These comfortable tents give guests a sense of nature and adventure rarely available in other places. The clear night sky allows one to see stars with a clarity that needs to be experienced to be truly believed. It is Nature in its purest form.

Arshinagar Park and mini zoo is next to Narsingdi Railway Station. Literally, Situated in the east side of the Railway station which was founded by late M.P. Shamsuddin Ahmed Ishwaque. There is a big banyan tree outside the park and mini zoo. Where people used to take rest after a long walk or a tiring journey. Under the tree there is a nice place of public sitting. Under this banyan tree, Late M.P. used to sit every day and listened people ' Grievances’. And after his death, he was buried under this tree. His graveyard is nicely decorated with shiny tiles.

To the North of this graveyard, Arshinagar park and mini zoo is located, which was built by late M.P. Shamsuddin. The entry ticket will cost 10 BDT. There you can take a look of different kinds of wild animals, birds, parrots and peacocks etc.

There is a pond inside the park which is dispersed in majority area of this spot. On the edge of this pond, there are several brick built sitting places where the visitors can sit and take a look at the natural beauty of this park. There is also a kids' zone inside the park, where the children are entertained by different kinds of riding.

নরসিংদী রেলওয়েস্টেশনের পূর্বদিকে অবস্থিত আরশিনগর উদ্যান এবং মিনিচিড়িয়াখানাটি প্রতিষ্ঠা করেন বিএনপির জনপ্রিয়নেতা এবং প্রাক্তন সংসদ সদস্য মরহুম শামসুদ্দিন আহমেদ ইসহাক (শামসু)। এই উদ্যান এবং মিনিচিড়িয়াখানার বাইরে রয়েছে একটি বড় বটগাছ। এই গাছটির নীচে চমৎকার বসার ব্যবস্থা রয়েছে যেখানে ক্লান্ত পরিশ্রান্ত মানুষজন বিশ্রাম নিয়ে থাকে। সংসদ সদস্য থাকাকালীন এই গাছের নীচে মরহুম শামসুদ্দিন আহমেদ ইসহাক প্রতিদিন বসতেন এবং মানুষের দুঃখ কষ্টের খোঁজ খবর নিতেন। মৃত্যুর পর তাকে এই বটগাছের নীচেই দাফন করা হয় এবং তার কবরটি চমৎকার টাইলস দিয়ে আবৃত করে রাখা হয়েছে। আরশিনগর উদ্যান এবং মিনিচিড়িয়াখানাটি তার কবরের উত্তরদিকে অবস্থিত।

এই উদ্যান এবং মিনি চিড়িয়াখানায় প্রবেশ করতে আপনাকে ১০/- টাকা প্রবেশমূল্য দিতে হবে। আপনি এখানকার মিনি চিড়িয়াখানায় বিভিন্ন রকমের পশুপাখির দেখা পাবেন। এই উদ্যানের অভ্যন্তর জুড়ে একটি পুকুর রয়েছে যেটির পাড়ে ইট দিয়ে বাঁধানো বসার ব্যবস্থা রয়েছে। দর্শনার্থীরা এখানে বসে উদ্যানের প্রাকৃতিক সৌন্দর্য উপভোগ করতে পারেন।

এই উদ্যানে শিশুদের জন্য একটি পৃথক স্থান রয়েছে যেখানে বিভিন্ন রকমের রাইডে চড়ে শিশুরা চমৎকার সময় উপভোগ করতে পারবে।

Satchari National Park, a total area of 243 hectare, is located in Habiganj, 55 km south-west of Sreemangal Upazila. Though it is less popular than Lawachhara rain forest, it has a higher diversity of plants and animals and far less human disturbance. There are seven streams; the origin of the name “Satchari” came from these seven streams. A fair number of hillock gibbons, fishing cats, jungle fowl, pygmy woodpeckers and adaptive pied hornbills are the major features of this park.
