Zingsiam Saitar is one of the wonderful waterfalls at Ruma Upazila in Bandarban. The unique feature of Zingsiam Saitar is when the water of Zingsiam Saitar fall down, it divides in three different path and then the view of this waterfall looking very nice. Near the Zingsiam Saitar waterfall there has developed a Bawm community. This tribal people use Zingsiam Saitar’s water for their everyday work. The availability of water makes life possible in the remote area like Bandarban.
Zingsiam saitar is located near Rumana Para at Ruma upazilla in Bandarban. There are some waterfalls situated in Ruma upazilla such as Jadipai waterfall, Rijuk Jhorna etc. When you travel Rumana para traveler will see three different waterfalls in a short distance. At Rumanapara a local guide is essential to reach at the three waterfalls. Tribal guide will be better than the Bengali guide. The standard payment of a guide is Tk. 600 for first day.
Travel from Bandarban to Ruma: The travelers have to make a trip from Bandarban to Ruma Upazila by “chander gari” (public jeep), regular bus service or a private vehicle. Chander gari or bus service will take approximately Tk.100-120. It may take 3-4 hours journey depending on transport service quality.

There are no direct flight services available from Dhaka to Bandarban. However, you can travel to Chittagong by air and then take a bus or private car to reach Bandarban. Bangladesh Biman, United Airways, Regent Airways and Novo Air, all provide flight services to Chittagong.

Khoiyachhora Waterfall is a magnificent waterfall of Chittagong. On this trail there are few more big waterfalls which are amazing. There are also some underground deep caves filled with water and fresh water natural pool. It is notable that if you want to go to first step of the waterfall you will have to climb and the trail is little bit risky.

Travel from Bandarban to Thanchi: After reaching Bandarban you have to go to Thanchi upazila by bus from Bandarban. To reach Amaikum waterfall you have to make a trip from Bandarban to thanchi by "ChanderGari" (public jeep) or a private vehicle. The distance between Bandarban to Thanchi is about 79 km.

Travel from Thanchi to Remakri: You need to hire a Tour guide.You must enter your full name, address and contact number at the Army camp of Remakri, Bandarban before hiring a tour guide. There is a tour guide committee and that tour guide committee will select an experienced tour guide for you. This tour guide will stay for 2 days with you during the journey to reach the particular tour spot till you come back to Remakri. For the first day the tour guide will charge 600/= Taka (BDT) and for the second day onwards the tour guide will charge 500/= Taka (BDT) for each day (exclude his food and accommodation). Nafa-khum Waterfall (Bengali: নাফাখুম) is located in Thanchi Upazila of Bandarban on the Sangu River. It is among the largest waterfalls in the country by volume of water falling. The wild hilly river Sangu suddenly falls down here about 25–30 feet.
The falls are located in a remote area three hours' walking distance from Remakri, Thanchi Upazila, Bandarban District. Remakri is located three hours by boat on the Sangu River from Tindu, which is itself three hours by boat from Thanchi. Nafa-khum is not very popular as a tourist destination.
The word "Khum" in Marma language means "Waterfall".
