Binot Bibi Mosque is the earliest surviving mosque in Dhaka built in 1454 by Bakht Binat, the daughter of Marhamat. It was during the rule of the Sultan of Bengal, Nasiruddin Mahmud Shah (1435–1459). It was during the rule of the Sultan of Bengal, Nasiruddin Mahmud Shah (r. 1435–1459). The mosque is located beside the Hayat Bepari's Bridge in Narinda area.
The mosque is a square, single domed measuring 12 feet (3.7 m) square internally with a single hemispherical dome, at the top of the square room. Entrances are from east, north and south. Pre-Mughal features included the curved cornices and battlements, corner octagonal turrets, and arches on the south, north and eastern sides. The ornamentation is modest and the building is coated with plaster.
Part of the mosque is being demolished as part of a renovation plan which includes building a 70-foot (21 m) high minaret, and the extension of the current building from three stories to seven.

During the regime of Sultan Hussain Shah, Choto Sona Mosque was built from 1493-1519. The 50 domes of the mosque were adorned with precious elements; so it was named as Choto Sona Mosque. It is perpetuated by the Department of Archeology and Museums, Government of Bangladesh. The adorned precious elements which were responsible for giving this name, are nonexistent now. The premise of the mosque is on an overall area of 42 m from east to west and 43.5 m from north to south. The mosque is located 3.5 km from Kotwali gate, 0.5 km to south of Mughal Tankhana complex in the quarter of Firozpur. The photo of this mosque is printed in our 20 taka note.

Chatmohor Mosque mosque was built with red zafi bricks. It has 3 domes. Its length is 51 feet and breadth 21 feet. An inscription says that it was built during time of Great Sultan, the chief of Saiyyiads Abduls Fath Mohammad Makum Khan, son of Tu Mohammad Khan Kushal. The inscription on black stone is kept in Varendra Research Museum.

চাটমোহর মসজিদ পাবনা জেলার চাটমোহর উপজেলায় অবস্থিত। লাল রঙের জাফি ইট দিয়ে মসজিদটি নির্মাণ করা হয়। তিন গম্বুজ বিশিষ্ট মসজিদটি লম্বায় ৫১ ফুট এবং চওড়ায় ২১ ফুট। শিলালিপি থেকে জানা যায় মসজিদটি তুমোহাম্মদ খান কুশালের পুত্র সাইয়াদ গোত্রের প্রধান গ্রেট সুলতান আব্দুলস ফাত মোহাম্মাদ মাখুম খানের সময়ে নির্মাণ করা হয়। কালো পাথরের শিলালিপিটি বরেন্দ্র গবেষণা জাদুঘরে রাখা আছে।

Vanga Shahi Masjid (ভাঙ্গা শাহী মসজিদ) is an ancient mosque in Bandura, Nawabganj. Its original year of establishment is not yet known. It is believed that it was built during the period of Mughal Emperor Jahangir, that's why it is assumed that it was built around 600 years ago.
The mosque has a legend about it. It is believed that one morning some people found it in the jungle with unfinished construction work. From that time the mosque has named "Vanga Masjid" as in the native language vanga (ভাঙ্গা) means broken. The Actual name of this mosque is still unknown.
But the truth may be like this- it was constructed at the age of Mughal Empire when Nawabganj area was a prominent merchant place. Due to erosion, local inhabitants changed their living place. At that time the mosque area was abandoned and forests grew rapidly at that area. After passing 100 years, people start making their residences in that particular area again. One day they found the mosque broken and reconstruct it.
Now it has became a well known mosque at Bandura Bazar in Nawabganj. People believe that donating here will turn their wishes true! So, the mosque has collected enough fund to built a minaret of 165 feet and still the renovation process is still going.
